My entrepreneurial journey began in January 2021 when I started my COVID hobby with my Cricut. Balancing a full-time job, I started my venture in the evenings and weekends which was fueled by my passion of just doing more. As the business began to take off, I decided to invest in more advanced equipment, including a laser cutter capable of intricate engravings and a UV printer that brought my designs to life with vibrant colors and precision.
Self-taught on various software applications, I relied on YouTube tutorials as my primary teacher, as well as other creatives, honing my skills and expanding my creative horizons.
What was once a corner of my basement soon became my bustling office, where I relished every moment of transforming raw materials into unique and personalized creations.
As life took an exciting turn with pregnancy, I continued to work tirelessly. Once the little one joined our family and maternity leave ended, I realized my time with my baby was all I wanted. I started to think, βWhy am I saying no to clients while working my corporate job when I can say yes and stay in the comfort of my home with my baby.β As of June 2023, I am a full time entrepreneur and able to be one with the MASSIVE support of my husband dearest and the comforting presence of a nanny to watch over my little one while also lending a helping hand with my business. It's a delicate balancing act, but I wouldn't have it any other way β my basement office has become the heart of my entrepreneurial journey, where each design, cut, and print represents my passion, dedication, and the love for both my craft and my growing family.
